Booking Widget (Cal.com)

When you schedule a session through our embedded Cal.com booking widget, Cal.com collects your name, email address, and scheduling preferences. Cal.com processes this data on our behalf as a data processor.

WhatsApp Communication

When you contact us via WhatsApp, Meta (WhatsApp's parent company) processes your phone number and message content according to its own privacy policy. We may retain conversation history for the purpose of managing your booking and delivering our services.

Photography Sessions

When you engage us for photography services, we collect your name, contact information, session preferences, and location details. We also create photographs that may contain your likeness or the likeness of individuals you bring to the session.

Website Usage Data

Our website may use analytics tools to collect anonymized usage data (pages visited, time on site) to improve our services. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.

Client Images: Photographs taken during your session are delivered to you according to the terms of your booking and our Terms of Service.

Model Releases: For fashion, editorial, and commercial work involving models, we require signed model release forms specifying permitted uses.

Third-Party Image Rights: If your session includes other individuals, you are responsible for ensuring they consent to being photographed. For photographs of minors, we require consent from a parent or legal guardian.
