We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance for portrait sessions and 4-8 weeks for commercial projects. However, we can often accommodate last-minute requests depending on availability. Weekend slots tend to fill up quickly, so booking early is advised.

Life happens! You can reschedule once for free with at least 48 hours' notice, to a new date within 3 months. A second reschedule, or a request made less than 48 hours before your session, is treated as a cancellation. Weather-dependent outdoor shoots are rescheduled free of charge, and because babies rarely arrive on schedule, newborn session dates are provisional and can be moved free of charge around your baby's arrival. Just reach out as soon as possible and we'll find a new time.

We're based in Dubai and come to you anywhere in the city — your home, your office or an outdoor location — with a full studio-quality setup. There's no travel charge anywhere in Dubai.

Our Portrait & Family packages range from AED 950 to AED 2,500. Essential (AED 950) is a 1-hour session with 15 professionally retouched images. Premium (AED 1,650), our most popular family package, is a 2-hour session with 35 retouched images and up to 2 locations. Signature (AED 2,500) is a 3-hour session with 60 retouched images, multiple locations and 5 printed photos. Home and outdoor sessions anywhere in Dubai carry no travel charge.

Starter (AED 1,200) includes 10 product photos on a white background with basic retouching and 48-hour delivery. Professional (AED 2,900) includes 25 product photos, custom backgrounds, lifestyle shots, advanced retouching and 72-hour delivery. Both include commercial usage rights. Larger campaigns are quoted individually under our Enterprise package.

Lookbook sessions are AED 2,200 for a 2-hour session with 20 lookbook images, basic styling and social-media-ready files. Campaign shoots are AED 4,500 for a 4-hour session with 50 images, professional styling and creative direction. Magazine-level editorial shoots are quoted individually.

We recommend wearing solid colors and avoiding busy patterns that can distract. Coordinate outfits without being too matchy-matchy. For family sessions, choose a color palette and have everyone wear tones within that range. We'll provide a detailed wardrobe guide after booking.

Session length depends on the package: Essential (1 hour), Premium (2 hours), Signature (3 hours). This includes setup, shooting, and brief breaks. Newborn sessions may take longer as we work around baby's needs. Commercial sessions vary based on the scope of work.

Yes. Maternity, newborn and baby milestone sessions are part of our Portrait & Family packages, and we can photograph them in the comfort of your own home in Dubai. Newborn sessions may run longer than the package time because we work around your baby's feeding and sleeping. Because babies rarely arrive on schedule, newborn session dates are provisional and can be moved free of charge around your baby's arrival.

Yes. Couple, engagement, anniversary and pre-wedding shoots use our Portrait & Family packages, from AED 950 for a 1-hour session. We can shoot at home or at a favourite spot anywhere in Dubai. There's no travel charge anywhere in Dubai.

Yes. Our Cabin Crew Application Package (AED 450) covers the shots airlines typically ask for — full-length and half-length photos, a portrait and a passport-style photo — in formal and casual outfits, with 6 retouched images delivered within 48 hours. Send us your airline's photo guidelines when you book and we'll shoot to them.

Yes. Our headshot sessions are expression-coached: we direct you shot by shot so you look confident, approachable and natural, and you review the images with us as we shoot. We bring a full studio lighting setup to your office or home. Essential (AED 850) includes 4 retouched headshots, Signature (AED 1,450) includes 8 with up to 3 outfits, and company teams are quoted per person. There's no travel charge anywhere in Dubai.

Bring two or three tops or jackets in solid colours (avoid busy patterns and large logos), wear your hair and grooming the way you usually do day to day, and get a good night's sleep. You don't need to know how to pose — we'll guide your posture and expression throughout the session.

Absolutely! We love working with pets. Just let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly. We recommend bringing treats and a family member to help manage them during the shoot.

We always come to you. We bring professional studio lighting and backdrops to your office, shop, warehouse or home, or shoot at an outdoor location. There's no travel charge anywhere in Dubai. We'll scout locations and handle all logistics.

Starter packages deliver within 48 hours, Professional within 72 hours. Enterprise projects have custom timelines based on scope. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee. You'll receive your images via an online gallery where you can download high-res files.

All photos are delivered digitally through a private online gallery within 1-2 weeks for portrait sessions, within 48 hours for cabin crew application photos, and faster for commercial work. Portrait clients receive print-ready files; commercial packages include full-resolution files ready to use. Your gallery stays available for 30 days, so please download and back up your images.

The number varies by package: Essential (15 images), Premium (35 images), Signature (60 images). Commercial packages have set deliverables. We focus on quality over quantity — you'll receive only the best images, professionally retouched and ready to use.

Yes! Prints are available as add-ons for portrait packages. Our Signature package includes 5 printed photos. We use professional labs and offer various sizes and finishes. We also provide canvas prints, metal prints, and custom photo books.

A 50% non-refundable booking fee secures your date, with the balance due on the day of your shoot (for commercial projects, before your images are delivered). We accept bank transfer, credit card, or cash, and for commercial projects over AED 10,000 we can discuss payment plans.

Your 50% booking fee is non-refundable, but it doesn't have to be lost. If you cancel 7 or more days before your session, your booking fee becomes credit for a new session within 3 months; with less notice, or if you don't attend, the booking fee is forfeited. If we ever have to cancel, you choose between a full refund and a new date at no extra cost. Commercial projects may have custom terms set out in their service agreement.

We don't offer refunds on delivered images based on personal taste or style, so please look through our portfolio and talk us through your vision before booking. Every package includes one round of minor adjustments (such as colour or cropping) requested within 7 days of delivery. If a genuine technical problem affects your images, we'll reshoot at no extra cost.
